Don't waste your time - they won't show up and their prices are inflated. They didn't show up to 3 appointments where they insisted they would arrive first thing in the morning. The worst part is that there is no communication that they are running late/need to reschedule. I sat around all day 3x and I wouldn't get a message until after 4pm that they can't make it because they are still working on another job". When I finally cancelled and told them not to bother coming the technician responded almost immediately saying he was just about to arrive and tried to convince me that it is reasonable that he didn't show-up on time because he was busy (even though no one would answer my voicemails/texts throughout the day to inform me). This went on for 3 weeks...I finally went to Fair Appliance Repair Ottawa to install my dishwasher instead. They arrived the next morning and charged me nearly 1/2 the price that CP & Son wanted for the same job. I didn't go to them originally because I'm in Chelsea

They were very helpful, my water wasn't working due to it being frozen in the pipe and they gave me some things to try and steps to follow which led me to resolving the issue. Very quick response time as well. 10/10

Good service - excellent work!! We had a huge plumbing job to be done, and with some thorough follow through on our part requiring multiple phone calls and texts, CP & Sons did come thru and do a stand up job. The plumbing work was excellent. After attempting to contact many plumbers via the web with no success - very very frustrating - Manuel was the first to answer my call and in the end did a fantastic job. Thank you

Just had my toilet fixed by Manuel. This is the second time I used this company for plumbing services and was not disappointed either time. Manuel was courteous and professional and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Manuel was pleasant to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to a friend or neighbor.

Not impressive! Called to book an appointment to get an estimate. The gentleman who answered was busy at that time and said he’d call me back in a few minutes. Needless to say I never received a call. I was already skepticle going with this company after reading the reviews. I thought to myself maybe they were juste having an off day so I took a chance and called. So for the next person who will read the reviews, keep in mind that this is their service pre sale. The post sale service must be just overwhelming. That’s customer service for ya!

They were supposed to come on Friday at 230pm but never showed up even after calling. He then called at 4pm saying he was on his way. We rescheduled for the next day at 830am and he was 2 hours late! Despite being late they did a good job but gave me no discount for being late and disrupting my schedule. I wouldn't recommend them.

Said they would be at the house first thing in the morning and didn't show up until after 12. Barely looked at the plumbing and did not do what was asked of them (Snake the lines). left after 15 minutes and said the septic tank was frozen (it wasn't) Charged $350 for the visit. After being called out about it, offered to come back next day without service charge and do the work.Next day, said they would be there at 7:30am. Didn't show up until 9. Actually did the work requested this time, it was a gross and dirty job so props for sticking it out. Price was way higher than competitors. You can find better people for less.

Manuel was able to promptly schedule a visit, and immediately identified and resolved a problem with my water heater tank. I am very happy with their service.

Not impressed. The response was great. They came the same morning I called. But I was then charged for two men for 6 hours (12 hours in total) to replace a 15-ft line of easy to access ABS drain pipe plus a sink drain kit. $125 per hour plus almost $700 in material. I appreciated that the job was done the same day and to my full satisfaction. But the bill of over $1,800 was shocking. The job could have been done by one person and the overcharges for the material were unethical. I will not use this company again.
