Amazing customer service, payment process, delivery & set-up .. let alone the awesome product that has helped with my new health condition. This day & age it is very hard to find most of these qualities, let alone all of them .. so I give this business 3 thumbs up, and a would 100% recommend them again and again.

I needed a hospital bed and it was delivered quickly. Great service and nice people.This is an update. I had originally posted a 5 star review. Now 1 star.I never received a receipt for my rental and when I called you talk to one person who puts you on hold to talk to someone else. I've called twice and both times they have said they would both mail and email the receipt. Nothing has ever shown up and now my year for insurance is up, so I can't be reimbursed.Makes you wonder if the government is getting their share if receipts aren't being issued.

SCAM ARTISTS! Charged me for new batteries and gave me used ones. Massive scratches and gouges on the bottom of each battery, thick dust as well. Called them out on it and I got nothing but different excuses as to why this happened. They keep on insisting they are new but the amount of wear and scratches on the bottom indicates otherwise. They billed almost $1500 for two used batteries and a charger! Look at the pictures below and make up your own mind. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! FRAUD SCAMMERS! POLICE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED!

We called Help Mobility because we urgently needed a hospital bed the same day. They were fantastic. Rashid arrived quickly, with a smile and kindness. He set up the bed and went the extra mile. We are incredibly grateful. Can't recommend them enough.

Delivery was quick / within hours.Rashid was the Delivery guy and was very quick and professional. Cleaned everything and explained how the bed all worked.Thank you for the speedy delivery much needed after my surgery.

I needed a hospital bed on the same day and the rep was very helpful and suggested the best type of hospital bed as per my requirement. Jehad, the delivery person was extremely nice and professional and even helped me move some things around to get the hospital bed in place. The hospital bed and the delivery charges were quite a lot but the experience was good. 10/10 recommend.
