The Source

Not so many products in the store. But got a great deal in Samsung s22 for 4.17Cad per month. But staffs are great and helpful. I was attended by Rajwinder Kaur, she helped me choose offers and was a thorough professional and was patient while i wanted to replace my purchased phone for a different colour.

The Source has substandard electronics all across Canada with a bad customer service and The Source in South land Mall, Regina is no different. I try to avoid The Source as much as possible but a couple of months ago I needed an iPhone charger that I couldn't find from anywhere else. The guy in the store made me buy the most expensive charger saying that it doesn't break. He also made me buy the lifetime warranty on top of that saying that if it breaks, I'll have a free exchange. The charger broke in exactly two months and today when I went for an exchange, they dishonored the warranty and I garbaged the charger in the mall and came back. My advice never go to The Source. Always go to Best Buy or shop online if you don't have an alternative.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Willing to take the time to help me with my purchase. Even gave me a little discount once I made my decision. Gotta love that!

I told my brother about the phone I paid outright a few months back from the source. He went in today March 25th 2023; He walked in and already; *sir you need money to pay for a phone* (yes I got money no worries) *sir you need a lot of money* (you know what I am going to leave and take my business elsewhere) whoever was working needs to understand that not all first nations are broke. Not shopping at the source ever again. Who treats customers like that. Be humble and always be kind. Side note; he went to CanWest and got a phone and Omar from there is the best.

This store is great on terms of customer service. The store don't have many gadgets on display bit the staff helps you to find best model online and then also in placing order. I was in need of laptop urgently which wasn't available in stock there, but the salesperson guided me to the right shop.many thanks. Praise is well deserved.

My husband and I had a really good experience at The Source, Southland. Bhavinkumar Patel helped us a lot, gave us a good deal both on our phone and the plan. We are happy and satisfied the way he explained the details to us. Because of this we even add another phone and plan for our daughter and of course Bhavin as usual gave as a very satisfying deal. I was on a trip and really needed an adapter. I couldn't find any store that sold it. When I came to the source and asked about it, an employee went in the back and found one for me free of charge. Though it was a cheap little adapter that most phones come with, it still made my day!
