I was at this employment center twice in a week. The lady name Sonu was not helpful. The other people who work there are very nice and helpful.

Just Stay away from this place all the consultants" and if you get one of them they keep annoying you via email and phone calls asking if you found a job position

DON’T USE THIS SERVICE— The employment consultant, Kym, emailed me a fraudulent job posting. She doesn’t understand that I doubt entry level jobs that sound too good to be true, since I was close to being scammed out of a lot of money. Also, I was the one that realized her mistake and had to email her about it. Recently, I had a follow up call with Kym, asking me to keep her in the loop about my job hunt, (This is the second time she has called me since the first call about what I was looking for), she sounds so rude over the phone. She comes across judgmental but tries to pass it off as helpful and lighthearted. She always tells me to do the research myself and look into job posting for the career I want and speak to people about the career i am looking into. She mentions a negative side to everything i have thought of. If i had the support for what i wanted in the first place; i spoke about getting into health care or child care. i would have stayed on that track but she made me change to office admin and then i told her i wanted to stay with health or childcare and she again said i was all over the place after telling me how difficult it would be to get into healthcare and my age would be an issue as well. So i told her i would be happy working in child care and she laughed at me. I don’t believe anyone will get any help from this service, so STAY AWAY!

Am currently at this employment center right now and notice this Indian receptionist is very rude. Being noticed that since around 2015. They have a new sign in which when you come in the other lady will let you type in. But she is very controlling and will ask for your face and last name and people around is like why don’t she allow you to type in your info instead of saying out loud. And also they want to control where you want to sit. The guy initially asked me where I want to sit I already had a seat where I felt comfortable at he did not even question me. But this girl insisted she had to sign me in on a specific computer. I have a Mohawk I’d and can sign in on my laptop. She turned off internet. This is why they have low clients because of their treatment. I noticed the place have been really empty since they change over. It’s a shame.

I came here years ago and have zero complaints. I was jobless at the time, no experience with work and they helped me get a good job immediately after finishing the program.It was as a cleaner at a college. I loved my job at the time. The best part is just how much you learn from being in the program. They teach you skills, you get many different certifications for things etc. Thank god we live in Canada where the government has free resources available like this for citizens.
