Jodi went above and beyond my expectations in solving my issues with a new printer! I could not have asked for better service! My nerves were frazzled due to my inability to get the printer working with my office and personal computers. Jodi saved the day and did it all with a smile on her face!

Went to the store hoping to get a new phone and switch to a joint account. I was expecting to be turned around or something to go wrong because that’s how things go with technology and me. My experience was an absolute pleasure! Everyone there was helpful, informative and made my life easy! Life seems more difficult these days and to have things simplified and enjoyable was a wonderful surprise. Thanks Kevin and team for making life easier!

I went in to buy a printer today that was advertised in the flyer. There was none in stock the staff did not try to show me anything else they just pointed and said yeah the printers are all over the store. There are three employees there and not one of them left behind the counter,not one of them helped me to try to find what I needed. I was not offered a warranty, there was no paper in stock or printer ink for the printer that I did end up purchasing. Terrible pathetic example of customer service was non-existent. Pretty bad when another customer in the store is more helpful than the people that are paid to work there. Three young employees watched me walk around the store to try to find something that I needed while they just stood there doing absolutely nothing. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this store but it's probably the last time I will ever shop there. It seems like they only care about selling phones at this store. All other customers don't seem to be worth their time.

Jody at the rocky mountain house is absolutely awesome we switched out our phone and she knows what she is doing and she is product knowledgeable too.

Bought a 32” inch TV last month. I came back earlier just looking for some iphone14 cases and there’s just a lot of choices to choose from also they are very accommodating and I love their customer service. Special thanks to Nathalie for being nice-Jesten

Went in for help with a hardware problem I was having with my headphones. Jordan and Jody were extremely helpful! They were able to completely fix every issue I was having! Definitely recommended.

If I ever have questions or concerns about any products at Source, I call this store (even tho, I live in Vancouver) and speak with the manager “Judy”, she’s just exceptionally helpful with everything. Great customer service. And she goes above and beyond every time.

I went in for a phone case and come out a Bell service user. The staff hooked me up with a business plan I couldn’t refuse. I now have a hub for my holiday trailer and I’m still paying less than my last provider without it. Great deals. The staff were patient, courteous and very helpful in creating the best plan for my business. I honestly could not be happier with the professional support they have, and still are providing me. I highly recommend this staff and store.Thanks so much TEAM.
