From a single idea to now becoming a platform, I have watched Adam put his heart into developing Respecting the Process. Adam exudes passion and creativity. Having put together a short promo video for me, Adam exceeded any and all expectations I had; developing a piece of art work. I originally met Adam in November 2015 at a Business Networking event. After introducing ourselves to each other I discussed a video marketing idea that I had been thinking about for a while for the real estate industry. Adam was intrigued and he and I met about a week later to discuss the business venture. From there we formulated a plan and worked on a pilot project.
