The customer service at this nail salon was beyond poor, to say the least. I scheduled an appointment before walking in and it turned out the lady had scheduled someone in the same time as me. Because the other client was waiting, the lady rushed my nails in 15 mins. I had been looking forward to getting my nails done for quite some time and finally decided to get my nails done at this nail salon in particular mainly because of it’s top notch reviews. It was a complete disappointment. On one of the nails you can actually peep the nail colour I had on prior to the nail colour this lady so carelessly painted on. And yes I keep referring to this woman as “the lady” and not a “nail technician” because that title comes with a certain level of skill, care, talent, and professionalism which was clearly lacking on her end throughout my experience. I could’ve done a better job myself. Will NEVER be back.

I don’t normally write reviews but this is a review worth writing. I got my nails done yesterday and I have never been more impressed. I originally came from another salon and my nails were lifting and falling off, so I was very unhappy. But they fixed my nails and they look perfect. Thanks again guys I had a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back !

Great, family owned spot! We enjoyed going there - it was clean, the owners were very nice and accommodating and fit us in last minute. My new go-to spot!

They did exactly the picture I showed them! I love my nails so much! I did the dip powder with designs and tips and it ended up costing $65. But it was definitely worth it!

I love this place. A litle family owned cozy spa set up with a homey feeling. Andy & Kim are very friendly very accommodating and professional people. They are excellent at what they do and thrive to make everyone feel welcome and happy. The spa has parking and their treatments are fairly priced. I would highly recommend.

I love this place. The work is amazing Ive never had better french tips done. They take their time and the prices are amazing. I highly recommended to everyone I know because the work is not rushed and they listen to you.

Would never come back. The pedicure i got was over within 25 mins, its like a total chop-shop. The lady is pretty friendly, I’ll give you that though. Although, for my bio-gel full set, there was no manicure and the whole set looks shabbily done with bad shape. I understand the couple is the only two people working but in that case they shouldn’t accommodate more than 2 clients. Both of them were going back and forth among 3 clients which is highly unprofessional. Being a nail tech myself, it’s the biggest red flag when another tech goes on with the full set without doing a manicure first, and then after they ever done putting on the gel they cut my cuticles and made my finger bleed. To be fair, I was initially only booked for a pedicure, and I asked the lady if they can do a full set on me if they have time and they said okay, 10 mins into this, another client walks in and she starts doing her nails in the middle. I mean, if they had someone coming in already, they could’ve said so instead of being unprofessional towards all of their 3 clients. Their technique of doing bio-gel is pretty bad too, dont know how they have so many good reviews.
