After receiving an exorbitant quote from a different contractor, I decided to call Daggs. What a great decision that was! They made time to come out on a Sunday to help me with my fireplace. They really know exactly what they are doing. They took my old looking improperly installed fireplace and made it look like it was better than new! They addressed all the problems in a timely fashion. They were clean and professional and had all the tools/materials needed for the job. There price was very fair and I was more than happy to pay. Highly recommended!

Just had a ceiling mounted patio heater installed by Daggs Gas Contracting (Daggs Fireplace Shoppe Ltd.). Leanne arranged everything from city permits to setting up an appointment to suite my availability. Glenn and Dan were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They were happy to answer any questions I had. They would certainly be the first to call if I needed their services again and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to everyone involved.

I was told by a different company that the flame in my fireplace was too rich. That cost me around $185. I was advised by this other company to get the chimney checked for cobwebs or birds nests because it was dormant for about 20 years. I finally found a company to provide the $120 service call to get on the roof and check the chimney, and they said there was no chimney blockage problem. I received the BBB 2019 Consumer Guide in the mail. Under fireplaces was Dagg's Gas Contracting. I called them, they sent out a serviceman. $185 later, everything was perfect. My fireplace is all ready for those cold winter nights. Thank you so much for the great, honest service.
