Fantastic Just got a 3.5 ton Heat pump installed for cooling and heating through Costco/Polar. Fantastic service Betty in the office was great. The 2 young guys that came here were absolutely amazing with their knowledge. No issues home is now so comfortable and cool. So Glad I did it.D

Very professional. Had my furnace replaced in 2015, and just had AC installed this fall. Both times the team was awesome. Routed all lines etc where I wanted them, clean tidy work. Listened to all my concerns and made sure the work was done right. Highly recommend Polar for any heating/hvac work!

Had Polar replace my furnace and water heater. Excellent service! Clean, efficient, courteous, and timely. In talking to the representatives, they initially thought supply chain issues would hold up getting a new furnace for 6 months but it turned out to take just over a month to get it done! And just in time for the cold snap so very much appreciated.

We had an excellent experience with Polar. Responsive, timely and helpful. They took care of everything for us and installed an A/C unit with no fuss on an older home. Great, efficient client service from their office as well. I would recommend them.

Clint was the estimator and spent about half an hour going through the steps needed to install a new Lennox heating system and wireless thermostat. I found him to be courteous and friendly and I decided to have Polar do the installation. I will definitely use them again in the future as needed. Betty was the main one I dealt with at the office and she was awesome to deal with. The installers were on time did a great job and explained all that was necessary to understand and run the system.5 stars all the way for everone

We just had a new furnace installed and the service we received was spectacular! From the initial visit and quote, to the help from the office staff with applying for rebates and general information, to the installers who came up and finished the job in one day! The installers were quick, clean, very helpful to explain what they were doing! I am so impressed with the service we received. Thank you so much!

Polar was amazing from the first interaction to the last. They never pushed a new furnace on us even though ours was old and failing. They did everything they could do to fix ours and explored options for us before we decided to go ahead and replace it. Betty was an absolute pleasure to deal with in person, on the phone and via email. Eric was the first tech we dealt with and he went above and beyond every single time he was at our place. He really cares about his customers and doing a great job. Kris was also totally awesome with the install. It’s never fun spending large amounts of money unexpectedly but thanks to Polar the experience was way less stressful. I will recommend Polar over and over again. Excellent customer service, can’t thank you guys enough.

My heater quit working on a cold day in winter. To my surprise they were at the door maybe 20 (more like 15) minutes after I phoned. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable! He explained it was a minor issue but I'm pretty sure the heater is working better since. No complaints whatsoever!

Excellent service. I was very surprised that Kriss, the tech who helped install the new furnace was so polite and respectful. Both him and Clint did a great job! Most trade people I have met in PG are pretty abrupt and condescending, not with these guys. Betty at the office was a great help, doing all the paper work for the rebates from Fortis and submitting it. The office cat (Abby?) did an awesome job keeping the chair next to me warm. The estimate was accurate and work completed promptly and leaving the basement cleaner than when they started. The new furnace is amazing.
