I accidentally slept on a new pair of glasses and bent both arms, one a bit more severe than the other. I called as they were open on weekends. They were so kind over the phone and told me to come in anytime today. I came in and they fixed them within 10 minutes I was there. They were extremely kind and so polite. The store was also huge with so many selections of glasses and clean! Thank you so much for helping me out! I appreciate it. My glasses feel brand new again!

Probably the best optical store I've been. The staff were super helpful and nice to me, the store was pleasant and didn't feel overcrowded and best of all, they fixed up my crooked glasses in no time and for little charge!I highly recommend this place for anyone because these people are true professionals and deserve more attention!

Every single person there was great! I made an appointment for an eye exam and it happened on time. The person helping me find frames did an excellent job finding ones that fit my face and taste. I splurged on two pairs but they had a sale which made the price more reasonable.

The staff is so kind. I lost my nose pad on the way to Waterloo and googled optical shop for a hurry fix. The staff welcomed me with a smile and fixed my glasses shortly without a charge. They also cleaned my glasses. I really appreciate their help. Thank you!

Dr. Klassen is wonderful with my young daughter. She is very patient and takes her time to ensure that the exam is thorough. Excellent selection of eye-wear too. I often have my exam scheduled with my daughter; this business is very accommodating. We will continue to use this office for our Optometry needs!

Frames on glasses were bent from dog stepping on them, walked in and asked what they could do. Taken into the back right away and fixed for free in under 5 minutes.
