Worst customer serviceI book the appointment for 10:00 and even on 11:15 they even didn’t touch my car. When I spoke front desk guy at 11:15, he told me that the technician will be here in 15 to 20 minutes and after that they will check your car but when i book the appointment they told me technicians come 8 am.

We recently had our first experience with Jim Sampson Volkswagen for repairs to our Jetta and couldn’t be happier with the smooth process. We live 2 hours away which makes it hard to get the vehicle there for a full day warranty repair. We ultimately decided to drop the vehicle off on the weekend and pick it up the following weekend. They explained where to drop the keys after hours, called to let us know it completed in kept us in the loop through the process. They made sure the vehicle was in an easy to access location for when we picked it up on the weekend and even mailed us the keys. It was such a smooth process and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks again for the great service!

the best customer service I have had in 20 years all across Canada. The young man at the service counter in Sydney has been helpful and patient. He should be the poster boy for customer service in all industries.

the parts department does not follow up with orders in my experience and i have had colleagues that went in for minor service only to mysteriously have new serious issues when they went to pick up their vehicle ie. one coworker went in for brake service and got his vehicle back with a gouged windshield. my recommendation is to go to vw in another town no matter how long the drive.
