I spilled some water on my Mac and it turned off. I called RepairMyMac the next day and he arrived within 30 minutes at my doorstep to pick it up. He turned it on and made sure all the keys and the trackpad were working perfectly before handing it back to me and saying everything looked good and there was no need to open it up. Giving 5 stars and leaving this review because the service was very fast, professional and he seemed quite informed.

I am an online student and had my laptop unexpectedly crash. RepairMyMac gave me the cheapest price in town and offered me a loaner laptop while mine was being fixed so I could still get my work done. RepairMyMac always kept me updated and saved me some money by telling me what was unnecessary to fix. They explained what the exact issue was and how they would resolve it. The pickup/drop-off was also very convenient and covid friendly. Very professional and efficient!

Customer service A+++!!MacBook screen repairCalled to get an estimate got back to me with a reasonable price and time frame within a couple of hours my laptop was picked up. Very responsive easy to work with get a hold of, and they go the extra mile with pick up & drop off. Warranty was also included with the repair. If I could leave more than 5 stars I wouldHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!I was quoted $250+ from apple and 1 week + for the repair.

Words cannot express the level of customer service, quality and integrity Tommy showed throughout this process. I contacted him and within 24hours he came to pick up my MacBook. It had apple juice Spilt on the key board over 4 years ago, wouldn't charge, was really slow and glitchy and the trackpad stopped working. Every business I had gone to had said my only option was to replace it. Tommy completely repaired it for a fraction of the cost to replace and had it back in my hands in less then a week for the price he initially quoted. On top of that he included a warranty for his work. Thank you Tommy!!!

The service was great! This is great for university students as they provide free pick up and drop off and a loaned laptop to use while your laptop is being fixed.
