Amber Jensen is knowledgeable and has a great eye for colour. Also, she gives magic scalp massages as she washes your hair.

Amanda K did my my hair this morning, it was my first time ever permanently dying it, I was nervous I would have really bad dry hair, but no, Amanda is amazing and you can tell she really loves what she does, my hair feels so amazing and smells amazing, I'm telling you, Amanda is gifted. My hair looks so beautiful and healthy.

When booking I was not advised that I was being booked with a recent graduate. Tho she was super nice and friendly, the hair cut I recieved was... not great. I asked for a small layer on the ends, with face framing and recieved one blunt layer 6inces above the rest of my length, never blended any of the blunt chops. I had long pieces in my bang" that were the same length that I started with. It will take years to grow back

My hairdresser is rocelyn, she understands curly hair and does an awesome job cutting it !! she also really good with styling. THANK YOUUU

My partner and I got haircuts at this Chatters for an event we are attending tomorrow. They were 30 mins late for his scheduled apt. It did not get better for either of us.So in order to save time his stylist decided to not do the included wash (without his consent) and she just started cutting. She did in fact charge full price though.When I booked our appointments I specifically asked multiple times and in multiple ways if the stylist was experienced with curls and mullets. The girl booking us ensured me and ensured me repetitively that the stylist he was booked with was experienced with thick hair, curls, and mullets, and infact “she just did a mullet this morning!”He asked for his length to be shoulder length, she asked when his glasses were on and showed him where she’d cut to, he said ok. Well when it was all done and I looked closer when we got home it was at least 2 inches shorter than shoulder length where they had agreed the length to be.Also this cut was not blended at all!! No shaping, it literally looks like a clown haircut!!!!Now for my haircut I got at the same time as him. I wanted a blunt trim along the bottom, all one length. I already had this style so it wasn’t something new or complex. Well unfortunately when I got home and looked closer at my hair, the stylist missed several patches. Now I have several patches that are 2 inches longer than the rest! It’s SUPER NOTICEABLE!!! It’s so embarrassing it looks like a small child got ahold of scissors and butchered my hair?!At first I thought, ok fine I’ll just call them back and have someone more experienced touch it up before our event! ( for my wonky cut). Well the girl who answered literally said nobody competent would be there until 230. I asked “when will someone competent be able to fix this because I don’t want to go through this again?” She replied “well I could get you in at 930 but not with someone competent until 230”. WHAT?!For the record 230 was too late for us considering the start time of the event we are attending. But also, what the heck, she was going to book me with someone incompetent???I was not going to make a review but roughly 150$ later I’m super unimpressed with this experience all around, the worst haircuts either of us have ever gotten!! We should have gone to his auntie who offered to cut his hair WITH A BOWL and gotten a better result!

My niece started going to Rocelyn and I had such hair envy! Now everyone envies my hair lol! Not only is she super knowledgeable about everything hair, she is an amazing person! She is always down for my ever changing hair ideas! You will not be disappointed! Book today!

Rocelyn is an amazing stylist! I came to her wanting a completely new look and she took the time to listen to what I wanted, make recommendations based on her experience and took the time to suggest hair products to help achieve my hair goals! She is extremely talented and I had so much fun chatting in her chair!

Whoever answered the phone was completely unprofessional. Asked about a hair cut for three kids and was told there was no way there would be time today and then hung up on me.
