I brought my golden retriever for full service (bath and haircut). Tails up dog grooming did a wonderful job and they are very professional. I am so happy I took shot with this place. It's now the only place we will come to for our grooming needs.

The Tails Up team did an amazing job grooming my cat! I never thought that it was necessary to groom a cat, but now I see I was so wrong. The Tails Up team was able to remove all his excess fur and now he barely sheds. He came home looking and smelling great. I wish I had brought him in months earlier. I would highly recommend Tails Up for any of your grooming needs.

I love the staff & services here! I actually travel out of my way to take my cat there-I don't trust any other grooming services. My cat doesn't much like pampering time but Tails Up are so patient and kind to her it takes what would otherwise be a traumatic trip for her to being just an unhappy outing. I recommend Tails Up to anyone who needs grooming services by people who love your pet as much as you do!

I brought Watson in and they did a fabulous job on him. I had special requests not to cut his hair too short as he ends up looking too skinny and I wanted more of an afro on his head and they delivered all.I got a phone call to say he was finished exactly around the time they estimated when dropping him off. He not only looks great, but smells great too. Thanks Tails Up, you got my business on a regular.

I have seen a number of groomers before I found Bonnie. She does a beautiful cut on my dog. She is consistent and simply wonderful. I have been taking my dog to Tails up for over 6 years and was always fully satisfied. Never had any issues. I refered some very fussy friends of mine to Bonnie and they were all very pleased with her haircuts. I would and do recommend Bonnie every chance I get.

Highly recommend. We have an elderly dog who they accommodate. Early in and early out to reduce wait times. And with the vet upstairs we have confidence that if there is a medical emergency they can help manage. We are very grateful for the amazing team!

Bonnie, Jill and Annie take the upmost care of my dog and do a fabulous job of grooming her. I have taken all 3 of my dogs there starting in 2003. They are caring and love what they do. I highly recommend Tails Up Grooming.

Took our 11 month old dog Darwin to Tails Up and we couldn't be happier! Darwin was a nervous dog and had a really bad first experience grooming as a puppy. We were hesitant to try professional grooming for him again and often groomed him ourselves at home. After becoming extremely matted, we had no choice but to give it another try. Our vet had suggested Bonnie and staff, we definitely weren't disappointed. When we came to pick Darwin up, we were glad to see him wagging his tail happily, with a brand new haircut, trimmed nails and matt-free. Highly Recommend.

They completely shaved my 11 month old poodle mix puppy even though I requested the opposite. He did have some knots on his legs but the rest of his body was not matted. Although I asked for them NOT to shave him down entirely they did exactly that. I didn’t see any level of care on the cut, it looks uneven in parts and as though they rushed him through. Not going back and wouldn’t recommend for anyone who wants a teddy bear cut on their puppy, they don’t know the meaning. I even paid more for knots and they buzzed them off anyway.
