Great experience. I went in on a Saturday about 3 weeks ago to get a new battery for my truck which was always dead on cold days. The gentleman (Dylan) working the front desk was super busy with other customers on the phone and in person, but was still very friendly and helpful to get me a new battery. Very good quality battery for an excellent price. Very happy with my purchase. The company I work for buys batteries for all our vehicles and equipment here and has never had a problem. Don't go to the big box store to get a battery from people that don't know anything about what they are selling you. The fokes at Total Battery know what they are selling you and will help you find what you need at a great price.

Been buying batteries here for decades! They always test the capacity before offering a solution to my issue, not just replace!

3 times I had issues with this company first time no bolts in box for new battery. and 2 times they quoted me wrong battery after giving specific specs . waste of time. Should start listening to your customers where they say it's for a generator and maybe have a person to who we can send a picture text to make sure the connections size and specs all match. might as well go to princess auto. I change a lot of batteries dealing with all kinds of emergency generator. Never dellling with them again

Best price on a replacement battery for my '04 Miata. $140 vs. $170 from Canadian Tire, $253 for NAPA Auto Parts, and not available at Costco. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable as well. Also, they accept rechargeable batteries and lead acid batteries for recycling. Great service!
