Dr. Tubs Reglazing

Dr Tubs is totally unprofessional and unreliable. They are used by our property manager and did an subpar job. Last year they did my tub and had to come back a second time to repair. One year later the tub peeled. They came back and reglazed but do a terrible job under warranty" they scheduled to come back and I needed to remove everything from the bathroom. Twice they cancelled last minute. I guess they are more interested in serving new customers to get paid rather than keeping the ones they inconvenienced happy. I asked that they come on a day prior to my day off so I can use the shower before I go to work but they won't accommodate. Use someone else!!"

I hired Dr. Tubs to re-glaze our bathtub. The tub was stained and chipped in places. After the glazing, the tub looks brand new! Bonus....the new non-slip surface is soft underfoot, but does provide a firm surface, well worth the extra charge. I would recommend Dr. Tubs if you want a great job and avoid a big reno. Called Dr. Tubs to get information on having my tub and tile surround re-glazed. Enza was very helpful in her explanation of the process and after submitting photos, I received a very reasonable quote. The technician, Gerald, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and respectful. He did an amazing job, above and beyond what I was expecting. I would recommend Dr. Tubs to anyone without hesitation.

Dr. Tubs was great to work with. They made this dreading project easy to understand and turnaround time was efficient. They were able to quote based on the pictures we sent which made for only one visit to our home, which was to complete the repair work. They were professional and knowledgeable.

We had 2 large chips and lots of scratches in our metal tub. I spoke with Enza at Dr.Tub who was great and explaining the process and the costs. We arranged a time for the tech to come on site. The tech arrived right on time and took about 2-3 hrs to finish the job. Looks like brand new.
