Rainbow Building - Work Point Barracks
Looks old and crippling on the outside, and isn't any better inside ... The rules and policies here for alcohol, foods, etc. is also way harsher than compared to other buildings within Workpoint such as the Kingsmill building. I do not recommend staying here, and am sorry for the unfortunate souls who were moved to stay here too, for their training in the RCN. ☹️
