Northgate GM Collision Center

I have never been disappointed in any of the work that I have had done at Northgate GMC the staff for more than accommodating the work that they did on my vehicle from oil change to fixing my bumper that needed to be replaced. Was absolutely amazing. I would recommend GMC Northgate to anybody to take their vehicle in.

This company use to be amazing and do great work. But recently under new management and everything this company use to stand by has gone out the window. The body shop manager is unprofessional and works with the insurance companies to make sure they save them money. No care for clients just the bottom line. If you have an insurance claim stay far away from this shop. They are a rated pro shop because they screw there clients and keep insurance companies happy. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

I wish I could leave a 0 star. Rob Wild the body shop manager is the most unprofessional manager" i have ever dealt with. He sat and mocked me in his office and was laughing at me. I will never support this company in my life. ROB WILD SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER. Hope you get fired Rob and oh yeah I would like my free chocolate bar for leaving a Google review thats what the sign says in the office."

Really disappointed with this shop. Been using this place for all mine and my famliys vehicles as this place use to be top notch. But recently this place workmanship and management has gone downhill. Rob Wild the body shop manager is extremely disrespectful and not well trained in his department. Apparently asking questions is to much for him to handle. Quotes are low and price in the end is double the quote. Got my car back with damage to my interior door pannel. Not sure how thats possible. Body shop didn't even bother to fix just acted like nothing happened. Bumper was not installed properly. Just no care for there work anymore. Once top shop in the city now a nightmare to deal with. Stay clear and go to modern auto body or any shop that cares about there work and clients.

Rob Wild should not be a shop manager. My vehicle was quoted $2300 by an insurance adjuster. Rob Wild billed my insurance company over $4000. Thats not right. GMC needs to look into this. I have also contacted my insurance company and they are doing a investigation.

Awsome service. Real easy to deal with and to get ahold of. All the people i dealt with are very friendly. All the work was done in timely matter and on budget. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff at the body shop were very professional and the work done on my car was awesome. Great place to have repairs done.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident recently and had the body work fixed at Northgate GMC body shop. In previous years, I have had work done there before and the quality of work has been outstanding. I would recommend this body shop to all people who are wanting or needing body work done. Staff are amazing and the quality of work was outstanding.

Honestly use too my go to shop, but the manger there now is an absolute horrible person to deal with , Rob Wild should not be a body shop manager, he's not capable of that position and should Honestly be fired. Most unprofessional person that can be in that position! A 3 year old is better suited for the job!
