I brought in a very large number of slides to be digitized and I am thrilled with the work done by Calgary Custom Photo Services South. The attention to detail was of the highest standard and the price was extremely reasonable. Customer service was first class - everyone truly made me feel welcome whenever I came to the shop. Photo service store with I think is everything you need. Friendly staff and and knowledge staff. They seem to offer just about every service possible. I saw people asking for unique touchups, photo enlargements, passport photos and saw all the conversion kits being offered and more

Wonderful and easy experience! I was worried about having passport photos taken for a toddler (4) and newborn baby, but it was so quick and effortless. Friendly, knowledgable experience. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

Amazing service! Tried two well known chain stores for photos who advertised on website that they could do newborn photos for Passports...turns out they can't., second location recommended them and they are absolutely amazing and helpful.

Ordered prints and they were ready within hours. Kudos to Laurel, who helped me select a frame and then went the extra mile to position one of the pictures in it for immediate gifting. She was very pleasant and customer-focused. I would shop here again!

Tried to get some pictures printed and buy a couple of frames. The young lady helping me was a little dismissive and made me feel dumb so I left and didn’t purchase anything.I went to this same store a couple years ago and the staff was super helpful and I really enjoyed my experience there. Too bad I got the wrong sales person today. Probably won’t be back.
