I’ve had massages with Porla and David and both were great! David was really good at applying just the right pressure and made sure to focus and really work on the tight spots on my back. Highly recommend.

David is very skilled and professional. I highly recommend him. So far, every session I've had with him have been awesome, perfect pressure every time. I felt super relaxed after seeing him.

In order to get an appointment there you have to book months ahead of time, and if you forget about your appointment they will not hesitate to charge your benefits for your missed appointment. No reminder service in place for people that forget about the appointment they booked months prior. The service is good, but the business practice not so much

I came to the clinic after meeting Amy many years ago as she is an amazing RMT. I have extended medical coverage for massage therapy. Unfortunately, I was rear-ended a couple of years ago and Tone massage signed something with my lawyer agreeing that I could continue to have treatment as an ICBC claimant. Amy was fantastic. Then she went on maternity leave. Almost immediately, the clinic rejected me as a client, stating in their email that they decided not to treat ICBC patients any more, although my claim was not yet settled, and I required on-going treatment. For a year and a half, I did not go to any other massage clinic. I was hoping that when Amy came back and when the claim is settled, I could continue to see her. My claim did settle, and ICBC allowed for some more massage treatments to help me recover. Amy is still great, but again, the clinic rejected me as a client, claiming that ICBC's billing has changed, and they cannot directly bill ICBC. Further, ICBC has owed them a massive amount of money. Also, they are very busy. They never said that in all of the previous years when I came for massage prior to my motor vehicle accident. Now you know what they really care about.My advice to anyone who is looking for a reputable massage clinic - Avoid this one at all cost. They are already busy enough.

Professional, experienced, friendly and knowledgeable professionals providing very effective treatments. Highly recommend Neal and Deanna. Very accommodating with scheduling using an online booking system and direct third-party billing. Plus free parking is available.

Amy is a miracle worker. How her schedule is not booked up months in advance is beyond me. It was deep but not painful. She used her hands and didn't use her elbows. One of the best massages I've had!

Had a massage with Neal that was really nice and he fist bumped me on the way out. Nice guy great session.

Found my new therapist here with Amy :) she let me get zoned out, relaxed, no talking unless it's about pressure. She hit all the spots. Highly recommend :)

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this gem by accident and I must say I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Deanna as an RMT. With her personality and talent, she has a very promising career ahead of her.I used to have to go for massages at least once a month and and even at best, it would only relieve my back pain for a few days. Deanna really takes the time to see what the underlying issues are and uses her techniques to establish a clear path of healing. Now I can wait nearly 3 months in between visits!She is truly the BEST massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Thanks so much Deanna!
