Don't use UPS they lose your package and their customer service number is absolute garbage. The location itself is hard to access and you wait forever in line to send a package in the first place. The employees themselves are nice but the overall company does a horrible job and has no decent customer service. Called to get my money back and was told they were working on a refund and asked for my number to call me back when it was done. When I called back 1 week later she didn't remember even speaking to me and had started NO paperwork whatsoever. Then told me she wouldn't fully refund me and what I was getting is out of the kindness of her heart". No mame giving me my money back when the company she represents did not give me the service I paid for is not a charity. Its integrity in business. FedEx is up by the airport. It was 2 dollars to ship with them and the package arrived as promised. Don't waste your time."

Worst customer service experience is dealing with all them that work at this store . I have sent packages out before and never had this much problems as I have threw this store. I took a package to them on June 11 the they were supposed to send my package out on the 13th which was a Monday and today I call the guy on phone was rude. I wanted to know why my package has not went out yet and it is the 23 rd

A line forms here" sign could be hanging lower from the ceiling and a free standing sign stating the same could be moved slightly left to catch the customer's eyes. I believe customers want to follow directions and don't want to be publicly scolded for not seeing the signs. This would cause less frustration and stress for the employee with long dark hair whose tone reflected that frustration with me not seeing the signs."

HORRIBLE customer service! Amazon told us to come to THIS UPS Store and they refused our item saying it was too big and they don't work for Amazon and they don't work for ups. Even after we called ahead and specifically asked of they would take it. Freaking ridiculous and now I can't return my item and won't get refunded. I will never spend a penny at this business!

The owner Jack is very rude and unprofessional. I called to place an order for business cards and spoke with his wife, she provided her email and explained that she could have the cards ready to pick up the next morning. I called back about an hour later to verify that she received my email and Jack answered the phone. He proceeded to tell me they had too many orders and there was no way they would have my order completed and refused to give me a time of when they could be completed because they were “that backed up”. He didn’t apologize or have any sympathy for the wrong expectations that were set and I’ve had similar experiences with him in store.

I absolutely love this UPS store, they are extremely professional, and very kind, they have gone above and beyond for me.I’ve been using them for two years and all my big packages to Canada, California and Oklahoma have arrived on time and safe…I will continue to use them as long as I’m living in Great Falls!

The service has always been pretty good.It is an issue that I assume they may be have a metal roof or something which causes your cell service to SUCK in there. It's an issue when you have a return QR code on your phone...Next issue is that country music is always on in there. I hate going in there for that reason. I avoid it as often as possible.

TERRIBLE customer service. Consistently losing packages we drop off or not scanning them in until days later. Terrible customer service reps. Terrible location to get in and out with all the UPS trucks blocking you in or out. Rude management and staff and zero helpfulness from anyone there. Terrible company needs to be shut down. Response from the owner" I was following your rules. You and your staff are terribly incompetent and I would rather drive up the hill to drop my items off at the UPS shipping center. Your store is terrible."

Staff was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint was the signage of where to enter. Other than that I'd have given 5 stars.
