The fact that it got done. The deceptive booking/reservation/confirmation process, my discussions with the uHaul representative on the phone, and the frustration I felt when my appointment was changed a week after confirmation (and only 2 days before my scheduled appointment - owing to the regular unavailability of the mechanic on the day I made and was allowed to make the booking - was extremely disappointing.This is the second time uHaul has allowed me to make a reservation and pay for a service for something at a time when it is actually not available, and send me a confirmation only to tell me right before the scheduled appointment that it is not available.Very disappointing experience.

Made an appointment to get a hitch done for a bike rack for my car. Showed up they were confused and did not believe I had a reservation booked and confirmed for 7pm. Mechanic went home at 1pm... Some guy was mouthy in the background mocking me as well. U-Haul is garbage take your business elsewhere. Useless at every location and caused a major issue for my long weekend. Go elsewhere for anything.

Simplicity of service and fair pricing.

It went pretty fastBut I didn't get my warranty or receipt, I was told that I'd be getting it via email, but that hasn't happened yet,the hitch was done on June 23rd, 2023,and now it's June 28th,2023,I'll be popping by the Queensway U Haul location this Friday, we shall see...Other than that, the service was very good n quick!!!

The hitch install was the best price I could find anywhere, the service tech that installed it was super kind and friendly. The install was quick and done right.

Called the 1472 Queensway location to get a quote on a hitch installation and the first person didn’t mention anything the mechanic having to take a look at my car. Then when I called to book the date the 2nd employee tells me I first need to take the car in for a look. Why don’t employees get their facts straight?!?! Also if you order it online nowhere does it mention that a mechanic needs to inspect your car first.
