I love Vernon Benjamin Moore. The staff is super friendly & helpful, the products are Amazing & there's always such cute crafting ideas around the store. They do paint & paint accessories, fabulous wallpapers, window coverings & more! Great store!

After having an exceptionally poor customer service experience at the Benjamin Moore Store in Salmon Arm, I drove to Vernon and had a completely different experience. The ladies who helped me were kind, encouraging, knowledgeable and shared their thoughts and opinions without any ounce of rudeness. I will drive the distance to shop here from now on for all my painting needs. Customers service matters. Thanks so much to the staff here!

Nice location with lots of paint options. Where this store pulls away from the competition is the incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly staff! Samantha was a breath of fresh air with her sunny disposition and willingness to help out. What a great change from wandering around in big box store praying you can find someone to help you!

Online and the sign on the building says Monday to Saturday 8-4. So drove in from Lumby to purchase more stain on Saturday, surprise a sign on the door says due to short staffing closed on Saturdays. ☹️ . Pretty inconsiderate not to even change the hours on their sign. I guess they get enough business not to care.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful. They carry a great selection of colors and paint options, they have a large selection of Low VOC paints as well.Would definitely shop here again

I am new to the community & building a new home. The staff at Benjamin Moore are eager to assist customers in anyway they can. They are knowledgeable about their products and helpful with decor suggestions. The manager Stephen Dean went out of his way to help choose the right product for a challenging situation. I would highly recommend the Vernon location.
