I purchased my condo on the Plateau with Stephanie as a buyer's broker in 2018. It was a challenging transaction with ongoing difficult negotiations with sellers that were not in the country and a less-than-competent listing broker on the other side of the deal. Stephanie always represented my interests well and got the deal done with price/terms that were desirable. She has vast resources and was able to provide help finding financing, notary and various other valuable resources. My friend sold his duplex last year and was very happy with team Joelle, he got a lot more than he expected and recommend I try them for my fixer upper duplex in St.Michel.. I said ok as my contractor wasn't available for a few months and others were not available in these COVID times.So I gave my fixer upper to Joelle and she sold it twice, the first buyer backed out because he also couldn't find a contractor.
