Always friendly staff. Nice to be greeted when entering. Wish the staff stayed longer! Only drawback is still not pouring our own cream and sugar.Very personal thing!Delaney's does it in Dundarave.

Just resigned 1 day ago, I mean literally learned so much stuff from this place.At this starbucks, you truly could sense the slogan,1 PERSON, 1 CUP, 1 COMMUNITY!!Store Manager Kelsey is super helpful, she is willing to solve any issues or concerns customers might have!Extremely reluctant to leave this place by the end!Hopefully this store does well in the future!Best Wishes!

Great place, great lattes, and great friendly people. Central Ambleside location and air-conditioned for hot Summer weather. Ample bright indoor, outdoor & back patio seating. Great experience.

I mobile ordered a venti caramel crunch Frappuccino and they didn’t have the size and they didn’t have the lid so now I have to wait for my Frappuccino to melt in order for me to drink it. They gave me a normal lid and the straw doesn’t even fit. It also took them forever to pass me a brownie yesterday. The customer service today was not good, the lady didn’t even tell me that they didn’t have the size or the lid and I had to ask for a straw, how do they expect me to drink this Frappuccino? I ordered the caramel Frappuccino because the reviews said that it was very tasty but I’m very disappointed that I can’t even drink it, I just wasted my money.

I had a bad day on my birthday, I came to redeem my birthday drink is Pistachio latte, a lovely barista said to me that “Happy Birthday Andrea” I know it is normal, but she really made my day, I will comeback for sure! <3

Staff not very friendly. I asked for a Mtacha Latte with Oat Milk. The staff got it wrong and I said nicely that it was ordered with Oat Milk, so the girl rolled her eyes eventhough her colleague made the mistake, not the customer. And when I saw that she put syrup inside, I asked if it normally comes with syrup and she stopped pumping and looked annoyed at me. I told her that it would be fine to put it with syrup but seriously I wouldn’t come back to this place since the staff wasn’t nice

Great location, very friendly staff, and quick service. Good seating for two or three people at a time. Clean bathrooms.
