Back to return something I had bought online. 3:30-4 on a Tuesday is a great time to go, place was empty! Ladies there always very friendly. Facility is clean, well stocked, and neat.

My mom had AMAZING costumer service today!Diana and Sherri were very nice and welcoming the minute we walked in. They were very helpful and made our shopping experience 10x better. She definitely will be returning here.

I used to shop at Addition Elle exclusively. I didn't like the selection that penningtons had. Over the last 6-12 months I've noticed a huge shift in their inventory. There are a lot of trendy pieces for all ages.The staff in store is really helpful. There is always someone on hand if you need assistance. They recently renovated the changing rooms and they look really nice. It's just a pleasant experience to shop here.

They are very short staffed. The customer service is great if your lucky enough to find a worker that isn't super busy. I had to help myself to a fitting room and not once did anyone even enter the fitting area the whole time I was in there. However it's still a great store for selection. Just be prepared to stand in line for a while.

Unfortunately, I rarely give poor reviews, but this store has a culture of negativity if you are struggling to find the right pieces. The staff will make mean jokes and are not encouraging about body image. The clothes are nice.

Such great customer service at this location. There was a special customer service appreciation event going on and all the staff were run off their feet and there were a lot of customers… I never felt like I was ignored, I felt supported and everyone had massive smiles on their faces and were good humoured even though it was probably a rough day. I hope the higher ups appreciate this team for being excellent at their jobs!

I prefer to do my shopping online. Love the clothing but I ordered the wrong size and returned to the Langley store. The woman at the desk was rude.
