The entire team at Harris Industries is a dream to work with. They are so professional and amazing to work with. We don't have a lot of technical knowledge and they are so great at explaining things in ways that we can understand without being condescending which is a breath of fresh air for a technical support industry! 100% recommend them!

I Have dealt with Harris Industries for quite some time now and can say that my experiences with Nick and his team were very good. Nick and his team are always good at returning calls and if there is an issue that they are not able to attend immediately their communication is very responsive to fit my needs as a customer.

WOW! Harris Industries was absolutely amazing to deal with every step of the way! We used them in our restaurant and retail space. Not only did they get us set up with a great internet they also offered us some additional products to go along with our alarm and security. Would and have definitely recommended. I contracted Nick Harris to install a new alarm, cameras and piping for a central vacuum system - he installed the rough-in wire and pipe. In July, when it came time to install the equipment, he asked for a progress payment, which was 80% of the contract amount - which I paid. Nick Harris assured me that he could meet a completion date of September 15th. Starting at the end of August, after 3 weeks of calling, texting, and emails and receiving ABSOLUTLY no responce, I had to hire back the original technician who refered Nick to me to finish the project. Nick's earlier responce for delays in completed the project was im pulling 7 days a week and on average 15 hour days trying to stay on top and very clearly i am failing" - he then stated I cancelled his contract through Secure Tec (the monitor company) who also had difficulty with him returning calls.In Nicks responce he states that he was unable to complete the Job by Septerber 15 - never called or explained. I now have completed the work with another companey - his prewiring was a mess

RUN AWAY!! They keep taking my money every month for 5 months and I have no cameras or security systems yet! I’m flabbergasted and getting the run around from not only the company and the suppliers but head office! This is fraud! This is theft! I am in a domestic situation where my children and I fear for our lives and these heartless people have offered me no security for the money I am paying them !!?! On multiple occasions I could’ve been killed by my ex partner who continues to come to my home and the security system I pay for to provide me some safety in this situation, I still don’t have !!!!! I AM GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND CP24! And to top it off they want me to pay for canceling! If anything happens to me this is documentation I or my family will SUE!

Recently had an alarm system installed at my house by Harris Industries. The install was done quickly and all the staff I dealt with was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a security system!

I have never experienced such integral and supportive work from another company. Nick goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and I’m so grateful to have had his assistance, and to call him a friend. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Fast respond service and wonderful price for great quality installations, inside and outside both. Owner is very smart and staff are responsible too. Strongly recommend, for commercial and residential as well.
