WOW the WORST retail experience I've ever had in my life. First of all, don't even bother buying from these guys, although the price may be enticing. We bought a couch in April and it took 2 months to arrive to my house on a Friday night, after 9 pm. The sales man we dealt with, Wes, was great - he even delivered the truck and was very nice about it.The actual store, they don't answer their phone after multiple phone calls, but hassle you when you don't answer one phone call. The manager is rude, ignorant, and down right idiotic. The delivery manager is worse - he called me at 4:30 pm on a Thursday after we had arranged for my delivery to be on a Friday, to ask if they can come within 5-10 minutes to deliver the couch. Yes, I'm just sitting around waiting for the couch after 2 months to just show up. He was very pushy to see if we could have the couch delivered which is completely unreasonable after all of the terrible customer service we already received.The delivery man yelled and swore at my sister over the phone as she tried to arrange a delivery time that worked on his schedule. They just DO NOT CARE and want your money. Feel free to send me a message if you want more details, I will gladly vouch against this place and will certainly be filing a BBB claim.

I ordered a folding bed and when it came it was dirty and looked like it was taken from someone's house. I had to wait 2 months and threaten to ask for my refund for them to finally get me a new one. I picked up the new one today and I was worst that the first one. I am so passed it's not even funny. I want me refund. I have lost all faith in this store. Does this look like a new bed?????????????

Please stay away from this place!!! They are cheaters and liars, never kept their promises! They are nice and friendly until they get the deposit! Our experience in Furnish ’n Style is terrible. We are so upset, feeding up, frustrate, unhappy and etc. We ordered bedroom on black Friday and they promised us the latest time for delivery is in about two weeks since we order it. We did not receive any pieces by agreed day, then by next agreed day, then next etc! We just kept being frustrated and they kept ignoring the customer's need. They could not accommodated again to set up the time we can be available at home for delivery again. We just ended up to feeling unhappy, ignored, not being heard, not receiving minimum standard customer service! After all this huge delay and so much back and forth phone call with non-responsible customer service and visits to store, we just got bedroom set without headboard!The delivery guys was absolutely unfriendly and not responsible!Don't let the sales people fool you, I will never shop here again.

I had put down a deposit for a sectional couch prior to reading these reviews. When I saw them, I became extremely anxious and worried. I called to follow up a few times with them with these reviews in the back of my mind and I was mentally prepared to give them hell. I told them that I needed the couch on a certain day and after getting off the phone, I was sure that the couch would not arrive on time or at all. But then everything went perfectly. They called a few days prior to the delivery to ask me to pay the remaining balance and then the couch arrived the day that I asked. It was one guy in a truck delivering my sectional couch. I was amazed how he managed to do it alone.Anyway, the point of all this is that my mind was clouded by these reviews and I was stressed out for a month because of it. Reviews are great but it is also good to form your own.One last thing. You are getting a bargain from this store so expect the service to reflect that and you might be happy.

This is the worse place to purchase an item.. I totally regret it.... Please I tell you don't spend your money here the service is disgusting, they don't return calls as promised and your item is not delivered on time.... Bought a bed from this place on June 17, 2020 I have to call them every day about the delivery.... Even as I am writing my review today on July 02 2020 I am yet to get my item delivered. They promised I would get the bed today after collecting the full purchase price and delivery fee including tax on June 17 and still nothing.As it is I will be demanding a full refund and I will stop at nothing until I get my money back

Worst service ever. For a small night table it took them more than 3 months when they promised me 2 week delivery. First they said delivery issue then they came and said they forgot the night table then again they said it was damaged. After many complaints it came and the movers damaged my newly renovated basement. They said they would hook the night table up with handles but they broke the screws while setting up. The price may be decent but the service was the worst I've ever seen. When I said complained the man on the phone got upset when in reality I had the right to be upset. Whatever you do, do not purchase from here. I don't even understand how they have even 2 stars as a review. You'd rather pay $500 to 1000 more and get it elsewhere. Stay woke my friends. Stay woke.

Thought the store had some nice options but the salesman Ab...'S attitude and body language changed the minute we tried to negotiate a price. Sort of put off. Then the promise of delivery within 2 weeks" didn't seem to be happening and the customer service too just made promises but never called back. Delivery guys were amazing and polite. Happy w product."

Recently our family had ordered a few furniture items from this very specific store. I would not recommend this store and the reason for it is the very quick transition from promises to ignorance. Our initial experience was very cordial where they got us choose from the limited options they had in lieu of a promise of an amazing customer experience where the Performance by the staff was great. Moving on they decided to change the delivery date to extort the final payment prior to delivery or they will keep the partial payment made and not deliver the furniture, the whole point we want to hold the final payment up until the delivery is to ensure they do not fail in delivery or promises made when the deal is done so this is perfect example of why never make complete payment unless work is complete as promised. Payment had been made in full following which the entire dynamic of their service delivery changed. Delivery was almost 3 hours late, delivery was incomplete with only partial parts came plus with no tools to set them up with. They have been the most difficult business to deal with as they don't own up to their own lack of service delivery. They want us as a consumer to adjust to their incompetence. They are absolutely not worth the time or hard earned money, this is one business that should not be on the market.Remember not to trust the manager or anyone in this store.

A horrible place I have ever gone. They tell lie about 90% of the time. After taking your money they will wear metallic glass!! They will never do whatever they will say. They have completed my order in about 3 months while I was just planning to write complaints to the consumer rights department. They gave me everything very poor quality. Believe me, if a drop of water falls on any furniture it will simply swelled up and will be damaged permanently. They will tell you low price and you will find what's that. The customer service is very poor, truly no service. They will promise call back and they will never call back.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. 0 star.

DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE!!!!! This store does not deserve 1 star. Do not spend a dime here!. Very poor customer/delivery service. The reps have promised delivery for three weeks now and everytime they deliver the furniture it was always the WRONG shipment. I've made numerous complaints and they made up excuses, saying that the headboard was broken during the shipment so we have to put the order in again, or that the mattress didn't arrive yet, or we couldn't get a driver out today and promised to come the next day but never show up. And up until today i still do not have my furniture! The reps promised to have the furniture delivered before the holidays, as i expressed to them that my family was travelling to spend Christmas with us and now my bedroom is full of wrong orders of furniture that they refuse to pick up. I couldn't even put a blow- up mattress in the meantime to make my family comfortable. It was extremely embarrassing to have them sleep on the couch after a long day of travel. Do not waste your time here, this place is a scam!
