Visited and was helped by Maggie who was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She assessed my needs, provided recommendations, assisted with a purchase and emailed me the assessment so that I would have it as a reference. I wish all customer service staff at all stores had the knowledge and skills of Maggie. Will definitely visit again and arrange my visit when she is available.

I had an appointment booked for footwear and she was so patient, kind, and was very helpful in terms of footwear knowledge and helping me understand my feet better :) she really took the time to make sure I found the perfect shoes. I had a very personal and attentive service from Maggie. She was very patient and spent time to understand my problem and suggested shoes and insoles to help me with my problem. I tried 3 pairs of shoes and was able to choose one suitable for my feet and budget. Today was my first time shopping here after a very long time of not finding what I wanted. They took the time to make sure I could see why the brand was working and if my movements were healthy. The caring staff and options available are really wonderful, I almost can't believe I was missing out this much! So I left w. both new shoes for my regular walking plus inserts that matched my overall recommendations. I recommend you talk to Maggie too.

What a great shoe shopping experience! Maggie assessed my feet and made several suggestions on which shoes would suit me best. I left with a pair of hikers, running shoes and some slides and they all feel great. I highly recommend shopping at this store

Best experience I've ever had at any retail store in the area. Corey was super informative and respectful about my personal opinion and concerns. Perfect one stop shop for orthotics and footwear. I highly recommend contacting him if your having foot pain or anything related. Great work looking forward to coming back for my next pair!

I have been struggling with achilles injuries and went to Kintec hoping that they might help. It was a great decision. Maggie is extremely helpful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. She did an assessment and provided me with excellent advice and the best shoes for my condition. It feels great to run without pain again.
