People wait in lines jst to get the number. Services are very limited and staff is very less. This Service Ontario do not process health cards.

Would of been nice if the counter person was more communicative. No hello, no idea if she was done servicing me until I asked her, to which she nodded her head. Great service....NOT.

Be ready to be treated without humanity in mind.I would like to give 1/2 stars, but no way to do that, so 1 star. I had to get my vehicle ownership, they printed one for me and I paid, but the fuel type was wrong, so I indicated it, they corrected it and reprinted and charged again.To correct it they asked me a document, I was willing to forward an email from the dealer, but they said they can't print a One page document, go get a print out and come again, so far I have been two time in the line already.After three meetings and two payments I would be able to get that ownership document with correct info.The gentleman helping me, refused to give his supervisor's name(obviouslyloyal to his boss), Identified himself as operator K,Since I don't know the supervisor name I have to describe his appearance: brown skin, age north of 40, shaved head.Bottom line: please don't expect humanity if a situation arises like they can help you easily but they won't even its a cost of a white paper and ink.

Only three service Ontario counters open for the public. Ridiculous considering how busy it is here. I shouldn’t have to wait 50 minutes just to renew my license

There was a huge lineup!!WORST SERVICE EVERWe reached there at 3:20, and at 4 PM, this guy came outside and said we are half staffed, so service is not guaranteed.We still waited another half an hour in hope. Then I realized the line is not even moving an inch since we arrived there. Went inside to see there are around 40 people inside waiting. When asked the same guy told they have appointment and they are taking walkins in between the appointment time.WORST SERVICE EVER.If you have 30 plus appointments and 30 people waiting outside, why are you guys half staffed?Pathetic service, wasted my 1:30 hours there. They need to understand our time is also precious.

Vincent (Manager) did a phenomenal job with the cue of the line. While everyone lined up he asked what service we needed done and provided paperwork accordingly. Kiran was training a new hire the day I attended. She was bubbly, kind, courteous and very professional. She was helping customers and multitasking by assisting the new hire with her customers at the same time. All in all, I read the reviews before I went to this location and braced myself for a horrible experience and it was everything other than that! Way to go Kiran and keep up the great management Vincent! I’ve worked retail 20 years now and I know good customer service when I see it!! Keep it up!!

Quick service for New or Used car registration. I got the temporary license plate immediately within 10 minutes

This place is staffed by slow CSR reps. There is a line for walk-ins, and an area at the back for booked appointments. We were next in line. Apparently, individuals with tickets (?) can walk in and bud in front of the walk-in line. There is no signage to explain this process. No rhyme nor reason. You can renew HCs online with your old photo, but not your driver’s license — it requires a new photo. When asked why the HC was eligible for online renewal with the old photo, but you have to take a new photo for license, CSR response was, “I don’t know. In 5 years, expect to retake a photo for HC.” Which defeats the purpose of renewing both at the same time!Expected wait time is ~ 30 mins on a weekday after noon.

Went there but the supervisor named Kiran, was so arrogant. Did not helped at all!!All the paperwork was already completed but she refused to give us the needed, saying the law was changed. And did not clarify at all.Worst experience ever..

Line moved quickly, staff were efficient. I forgot something in my car and they took the next person while I went back out to get it, and told me to go back to the front of the line when I was ready.I visited today to register ownership of a (new to me) used car I had just bought in a private sale.Only three stars because it took the lady at the counter three times to get my veteran plate correctly processed. I forgot to request a veteran plate at first, so that one's on me. Then another lady came and told her how to fix it. She proceeded to grab the right plate, but did it wrong again.Then the lady who came and told her how to fix it at first came back and fixed everything and did it correctly this time. She refunded my card again. A second time. Sigh. Then they charge my card, and redid and reprinted all the paperwork a third time.Third time's the charm, apparently.
