She’s never available so disappointing

I have been going here for years. Staff are always friendly. Dr. Gibb is a fantastic Doctor. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes.

Staff are amazing and knowledgeable!Can never get through when calling and very difficult to get an appointment.

The ladies at the front desks are quick, efficient, knowledgeable and so personable that it's always been a pleasant experience arriving for an appointment. I also cannot express enough how fortunate I am to have become a patient of Dr. Mary Olsten approximately 10 years ago when she completed her internship. Dr. Olsten always amazes me with her extensive knowledge and really goes the extra mile to diagnose and treat her patients. She was able to book me with a specialist immediately following one appointment I had with her and has also provided me with outside community links and free nutritional/weight management websites off the top of her head. She is an excellent listener and a straight shooter... every doctor should learn from her example of what bedside manner really is!

Dr Jason Sutherland is a rare gem in the medical system. And I don’t even like to visit medical professionals!

Phenomenal, bringing the care back to the health care field is the best way to describe City Of Lakes. Every member of staff really does care about the patients coming in,. Very clean, and tidy waiting room, and exam rooms, I really can't say enough.

Staff are friendly. Office is clean. My eldest daughter and I were switched to a different doctor within the team however my youngest was left with our original doctor, so I wasn't happy about that switch. ⁷. Our new doctor is fine however I liked our first/ original doctor more.. refills are difficult withoutbctually seeing ourbdoc in person as most mybRx' were from there doctoors

Good staff and doctors but could modernize and allow payment of paper work with debit cards at least having to always get cash is frustrating
