I have used LTDO for years with 3 dogs now. I absolutely love them. I have so much comfort in knowing that my boys are in good hands while I’m gone for the day. They send you a personalized note after each walk and attach some pictures of your pup (the best part). The staff really care and it shows.

Highly professional, great with our dogs, great value, always on time….what more could you ask for!?! I would highly recommend them to care for your furry friends!

We have just started using Let The Dog Out and won't be stopping anytime soon! LTDO has been incredible at helping us with our puppy. Danielle and her team offer excellent and trustworthy service. We have been impressed at each stage -- from the first meet & greet (we got a complimentary puppy package!) to the app booking system to the playtime/walk services. The communication with clients through the app is particularly great. I always look forward to seeing a photo from the visit! The LTDO team respects your home and takes the utmost care of your pet. This is a great local Guelph business that we're happy to have found!

Great first experience with LTDO and Danielle. I called the day of to ask if they had any availability to walk my dog Roxy for 50 minutes. Thankfully, they did! It was a really easy process and the online portal was great. I was even emailed pictures of their walk and sent updates of how it went. My dog was nervous with her at first but came home super happy and comfortable with Danielle. I will most definitely be using their services again and cannot recommend them enough! :)

Danielle and her team have been wonderful support for my family and most importantly, our dog, Amber. They have taken such great care of her and have been able to respond to her needs as an elderly pup, such as finding creative ways for her to enjoy the outdoors when the days run too hot. Danielle has been been reliable, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. Many thanks to the LTDO team!!

LTDO is a phenomenal pet sitting company! We've used several pet sitters over the years, and they are by far the best.They're always punctual, take great care of our cat, and send detailed daily updates with pictures every time they come.I wish I could give them six stars.

Our dog is a rescue who is great with us but very uncertain of new people for quite awhile and unable to stay in a kennel as he was kept in a cage for so long his first year of life that he gets very upset and injures himself if confined. We tried two other Guelph services and were deeply unimpressed; one gave our dog so many pieces of processed meat (we were giving him one or two little chunks if he was being difficult, they were filling his kong with hot dog chunks) that his eyes were swollen shut when we returned from vacation, and they had been totally unable to get him to go on a walk with them for the entire week+. The other service NEVER checked in to say they had been there and had a rotating crew of a huge number of students so we had no idea if our dog was being taken care of, and no contact to check in with when we were worried. They didn't leave a note or contact us at all, they simply took our cheque. Both came highly recommended, and we had given up hope and were relying on family until we got Will's Let The Dog Out flier and it convinced us to give him a call.Will and his team have been spectacular. This will be the first year that we are able to go on vacation without begging family to adjust their schedules to accommodate our dog. The things we like about Let The Dog Out are too numerous to detail here, but our favourite things are: Will drops in a few days before our booking to make sure our dog still recognizes him if it has been awhile between visits, the photo/text check-ins so we know that they were there, and that they train with Jason Shute (we also trained with him, and he is the man who made it so we were able to host guests after getting our dog!).

My own experience has been exceptional. Danielle and Kendra have always been reliable and on time with my dog's. They have also been fantastic with handling my older dog that needs to be lifted. He is only mobile in his wheelchair and they have excepted him. They have really helped me out and I am very grateful.Cal Fogg

I am so grateful for Danielle and her team!I had to leave my fur baby, Fyxen, to go to the uk for 12 days. She was a rescue, so I didn't want to take her out of my home. But wanted help to give her wet food, manage her litter, and also, play and pet her (she typically gets/needs that a lot!)Danielle was so wonderful, patient, and reassuring. Fyxen can be a skittish kitty, but she came out for her visit! That to me shows what an animal-whisperer she is. You can tell how much she cares about understanding your asks and needs for your pet. She also allows for flexibility. I originally booked shorter visits, but once I saw/heard that Fyxen was coming out for play, I was able to request longer visits.I was a bit anxious to have more than one visitor over my absence. But I learned you can trust this whole team! Olivia or Martha came daily, and were both fantastic. They were engaged and attentive.I love the LTDO app updates. It's easy for us to communicate and that seems to be a valuable, and key, part of their service. I received a daily update message and pictures after each visit. Fyxen happily came out daily for them, and it gave me such comfort to know she was getting what she needed. The communication and compassion are strengths this business has, which aren't the easiest qualities to find these days, though they're so important.I would definitely recommend this service and use it again when I'm away! The daily rate is reasonable too.Thanks to all of you for your help and care! Appreciate the dedication to your service. Means so much to us.
