Came here for the first time for their seasonal deal that was great value, getting your tires and oil changed, and have been doing this ever since. Unfortunately my car has had a fair share of trouble in the past year and finally bit the dust recently, but the owner and all staff have been nothing but helpful, and have always called and fully explained what was happening with the car before doing any work on it. Very honest mechanics who aren’t just out for your money, would recommend anyone going to them.

Son has his car to get inspected today was told the car couldn't pass brought it to another garage and it passed. Very poor customer service treated him and his girlfriend very rudely. Won't recommend

I would absolutely not recommend this place. Had to tow my car in as my car wouldn't start. They first changed the batteries, then changed the starter motor. Even after that they couldn't solve the issue. I had to take it to Mazda, and they fixed it in half an hour! Mazda even said that it wasn't battery or starter motor issues, as this problem wasn't related to those at all!! French's also changed my control arms, but they did a terrible job at that too! They didn't allign my wheels, and my steering wheel vibrates when I get on the highway. After costing me so much money, they weren't able to solve any of my problems! Were they trying to rip me off? Probably not. But they are super incompetent, least to say!!Edit: reply to your reply, as Google doesn't allow replies.Ofcourse I allowed you to change the batteries and starter motor. Because you said, that is the issue, yet you couldn't solve it. Did you solve it?? Yes or no???? YOU DID NOT!I had issues with my car, absolutely no doubt. I paid to solve the issues, did you do a good job at it?? ABSOLUTELY NO!!!WHY ARE YOU BEING SO ENTITLED IN YOUR DEFENCE AND TELLING ME THAT I'M PAINTING A PICTURE????
