Terrible customer service at the register. This middle age black woman at the cash was giving attitute and rolled her eyes at me when I was paying at the cash, she also didn't even bother to bag my items and I bought 7 bottles of alcohol. Not coming back here again

Awful customer service! Beyond terrible and you should be ashamed. I called in on 02/06 at around 9:15pm asking if the store was open (Google said it was). Lady who answered, said the store in Heartland (Rodeo drive was open until 10:00pm). Rushed over to the Rodeo drive location (30 mins away) only to find out the Heartland" location closed at 9:00pm. Get your information right!... or tell me the store is closed! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Customer service...."

This is such a great location with an equally great selection. As always, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience.Very happy to say the staff here are pretty fantastic .. helpful, friendly and genuinely want to help. It's a model other locations could avail of.Highly recommend this location!

Every thing in that LCBO is the same of others.But there was a customer service and a line.What could be interesting : was extended time for shopping to eleven at night. I hope other business reviewing time of business for convince of Canadian.

worst customer service. it is unsatisfactory when u pay for drinks and they still getting rude to you no matter what. disappointed with the servers. racist staff the lady at billing counter is too racist she sold the liquor to one lady in front of me without checking any ID and when it comes to my turn she was reluctant to sell the stuff and continuously asking for my id. and never ever recommended never ever.

The staff is absolutely racist.If you see a brown person with a bag inside the store kindly hire security guard at the entrance, so he/ she can check our bags while going in and out.Don’t look at us like we have stolen and kept something in our bags.Those looks are degrading and demeaning.

Great location, vegan products. Dragon Stout and Red Stripe all you need in a local LCBO. Covid protocols, single lineup when checking out. They don't have to many registers open at once now but they're getting better.
