The Body Shop

Hello-we've been shopping at the Abbotsford 'Body Shop' since 2013 and we're always been made to feel very welcome.The staff are very good BUT the exception for the Abbotsford store is 'Savannah'. She always has recognized us. Savannah is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for a 'pat on the back/some kudos'. We stopped there on November 27, 2021, the cashier # 663660. We've been buying Body Shop products since 2005 and have shopped at the Hong Kong, USA, England and Canada locales. Bought the new Japanese Matcha tea pollution clearing masque. As a beauty therapist myself, I really like the product. It is a little stimulating, so I would not recommend it for a sensitive skin client. If you naturally feel tingling or itching on your skin, this product probably isn't for for you.. Great way to keep up with the trends, a lot of people love anything green tea or matcha green tra.

I haven’t been to a body shop in years but I went into this location recently I purchased the body spray I came in to get on my way out I was looking at some other items and another sales person approached me to inform me about the buy two get one free and I said “I just bought something why didn’t the other lady tell me about this deal”!and she just shrugged. Not very good salesmanship on the other girls part.I also received a body bath bar for Christmas and I usually use shower gel but when I tried this bath bar it was very silky and smooth and I got a really nice lather. So I will definitley go in and buy some more. But I guess I’ll have to look for the deals myself.

When I walked into the store, the one worker there was checking a woman's items out. As soon as I walked in she asked me if she could help me. As if she was going to leave the customer paying and deal with me. I find that quite rude. Both for the other customer, as well as myself. I feel like I was targeted.I still bought some things and the worker was of course pleased because I spent money in the store, thus proving that I am not a thief. For the record, I was dressed quite nicely and am not an unkempt person.I will be contacting the owner of this establishment and complaining. And I will push for this employee to be let go.What a pathetic form of customer service. SMH.

Such friendly and helpful staff, plus they always have my favourite products in stock!

Still the best products for my skin. Only oasue is its getting a bit pricey so i use less of the products hopefully to have it last longer

Lovely staff who are extremely helpful and make fantastic recommendations. They seem to remember me every single time I come in the shop and what they recommend it to me last time which is amazing to me and worth 5 stars alone. The products are amazing too I cannot believe the change in my skin since I started using them. Highly recommend this location!

Visited the shop for the first time on monday. I couldn't seem to find the prices on most things. There were prices on the shelves but it was only for a couple items. Not everything on the shelf was listed.And all of the items in the center of the store on the tables didn''t have prices at all. I constantly had to ask about every item to find out how much it was. I thought maybe I was missing where the price was listed but every time I asked the price of something the girl had to take it over to the cash register to scan it to find out. So it obviously wasn't there.I found the prices to be ridiculously high. And I was surprised there were three girls working and no customers in the store. They all pretty much ignored me while I shopped unless I was asking them for prices.

I love the body shop!! The staff here are always so friendly, caring, and helpful. I only wish they had the Shea Shampoo, Shea Conditioner, and Shea body wash at the refill station here. I’ll have to drive an hour to the next closest body shop with a Shea refill station, or go back to disposable bottles (BOO LAME TOMATO TOMATO).Shea refill station in Abbotsford!!!!!!!

Very helpful staff and good selection, usually well stocked.
