The product itself is good, but the service is not.The first installer seemed to be not experienced. Caused a lot of worries about the products and installations. Luckily the second installer did a great job. My range hood works fine.

Staff were extremely rude. Instead of helping my mother who was at the counter ready to pay, their sales staff ignored us completely and tried to make a sale on a larger product with another customer who came in after us. When we asked for assistance, they gave us attitude for interrupting their sales and started telling us that we should've waited for them to finish their sales first. Seriously how long would your sales" take? Will never come back because of this horrible customer service experience. No professionalism from the staff of this store at all."
