Was initially ok with this store after a few years. But being told one thing and then told something else seems to be the business here.

First I want to say that I love Rogers. I however do find the service at this store appalling. We came in to upgrade 2 phones and was presented with an employee who showed utter lack of wanting to assist. So much so that she suggested I call the Rogers customer service. I did so and was given a great deal and 2 phones sent out to us. We were advised to return the old phones to our local store. We walked in again to our local store and advised them of this. The first thing out of her mouth was were these phones from Rogers? We replied yes. She then said we don’t take phones back we only take them back when they are bought here. Then completely did not want to listen to what we were instructed to do. So we left frustrated. Called Rogers again who said yes you should be able to return to store. We drive to Woodstock who took the phone back with no issue. 0 Customer Service given at this store.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of many questions and believe me I had many. I will definitely be back to the tburg store when it is time for me to switch carriers.

Savanah was awesome, there were a lot of issues in purchasing my new phone and plan but she stayed calm and friendly. The process took almost two hours which the company needs to work on but this is not her fault. Both her and her manager were fantastic.
