Mr Pretzels

First time trying this location will not be back. Pretzels not fresh also cheated me on my order.

December 2021 Update: There was one employee with his phone on the counter and no mask. One of them was trying to tell the customers to wait on the side with no mask on. He should have put his mask on and it was not okay to that. If that employee is not there I will pass by if he is there I will not. He is not respecting himself and others. That employer should not be there.Official review: Mr. Pretzels Pointe-Claire is a decent pretzel place. Customer service here is not the the greatest but I hope they improve the managing and employee need to be better and happier.The only issue is some items may not be available right away and you need to wait to get them. It could take anywhere from 3-20 minute wait times on which foods you want.For me, I just come here for the Pretzels. I really love their Napolitano, Toscana and Parmesan pretzels.You can get their sweet options as well and other pretzels they have on the menu like a hotdog pretzel nd cinnamon bites.Hoping to try their hot dog and cinnamon bites in the near future at this location.You may get their pretzels Hot or Cold since they might not be available or just sitting in the rack in front of you. If you get the pretzels when they are out of the oven they are definitely worth it.A great place to get a snack for me and I will pass by from time to time.

Was there at 21 November 2021 exactly at 17:00In most cases, sausages are never cooked there, they usually don't appear on the showcase because they doesn't cook them during the day.During a day I tries two times to buy sausage and they offer to wait 10-15 minutes, saying that they do not cook them just like that during the day, so we gone because no time to waiting for it.By chance at end of day we going left the mall and saw the sausages in the showcase, so try to buy them and the employees refused to sell them to me , even if the sausages was on the display.When I asked what they would do with them, they told me that they were throwing out, because the owner of the Pretzels said to not selling after 17:00, even if, due to the conversation, the time has reached 17:02.I don't see any logic of their customer service.I just expected to eat there after shopping in mall, I just had to take it out to the way lol.I will never plan to eat in this Pretzels again, and also will advise anyone to not take chance on their service.If you remain hungry, it is better to eat in the restaurant area of ​​the shopping center, but not at this place!

Unbelievably delicious. For first comers with an indecisive mind, I recommend the classic salted pretzel. For intermediate users, you will never go wrong with the Italian seasoned pretzels if you're craving something savory. And if you have a sweet tooth that day, sugar cinnamon is the way to go. If you're feeling particularly messy and don't mind getting sticky fingers, the syrup toppings are your best bet.

A variety of good pretzels, good service and clean establishment. Prices are a little steap for what you get in my opinion.

Had a nice experience ordering here! The pretzel was yummy, nice texture and fresh! We got a bottle of non-sweetened peach flavored sparkling water as well. Nice spot to get a quick snack!

The pretzels are fresh made and served with different toppings. Our fave are the classic parmesans or sugar topping. Fast and friendly service.

I went to this Fairview location and WOW what an experience, this was life changing!!! Super nice ladies running the place, made me believe in humanity again. Best pretzels in the world and i've been to Germany !!! I love mr. pretzels :)

Very good pretzels. They have all kinds of them.
