Louise at Sarty Siding sent me an email indicating the leak at my home would be fixed by n 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and I did not hear from her. In previous emailed she blamed the delay on hiring and COVID, which I understood. I followed up with another email and was told repair would be done late summer or early Fall. After receiving this reply and after getting the run around for months, I informed her I had hired another company based on my experience with her and Don. She replied with a very unprofessional email, which shocked me and I would ask anyone considering hiring this company to read the reviews. Sarty Siding is unorganized and unprofessional.

Sartys did a window and insulation/siding installation on our home in Hubbards in November 2022. The workmanship was excellent and the job was completed within the time frames indicated. We had our garage completely sided and some areas on our house. We also had shutters installed. We are very happy with the outcome. Everything looks great and they were very professional. Tbe price aas competitive as well. I would recommend.

We have had a very positive experience with Sardy Siding and Windows.We just had our whole house sided in vinyl, and we are so pleased with the results. Our house looks amazing now! From our initial quote, and throughout the entire process, we found each person from the company to be very professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.The entire job was done in a timely manner, and at a competitive price. The siding crew were wonderful, and they paid great attention to detail.There was only one small mistake made, and it was fixed the next day.I was also very impressed with the owner of the company.. He personally stopped by to view the progress, introduce himself, and make sure we were happy with everything.We would highly recommend Sardy Siding to everyone.They have great customer service, high quality product and installation, and they stand behind their work.We have worked with other companies in our renovation process, and we wish we would have found Sardy's sooner.They are wonderful.Thank you again, Sardy Siding.

I typically don’t post many negative reviews, as I prefer to focus on what companies have done well, but I can’t not share my negative experience with Sarty’s. Three years ago we had our shingles and some flashing replaced on our home. Since then we have had several new and repeat leaks despite this. They respond quickly by phone but the repairs take too long for my liking (all while causing damage on the interior of our home that was recently renovated) and the previous repairs haven’t worked and I have had to pay out of pocket to get someone else there to repair them. There is a 10 year workmanship guarantee on their work, but we aren’t even close to that yet, I expect so much better quality work for what we paid. Not only does dealing with this cost money but also a lot of my time is occupied by dealing with this. I DO NOT recommend this company, please consider this experience before hiring them.

I’m a single mom that just bought my first home. It’s a very special time for me. There are some things I needed a little help with so I called Sarty for a quote on siding, two exterior doors and two windows. Don showed up 10 days later with a terrible attitude and made me feel as though I had done something wrong. I received a quote from Kent Building Supplies for the same project, he informed me it was ridiculous and quoted me $10 000.00 more than the original estimate for just the siding. Then measured my windows and doors, told me he would email me a quote by the end of the week. Crickets- it’s been two weeks and I have heard nothing. I verified the estimate with Kent building supplies and they assured me it would not cost what Don had quoted.save yourself the headache and don’t even call them.

Sarty’s siding was a sub contractor on my Reno. The experience was less than satisfactory. Their crew did no clean up at the end of the day...didn’t put their equipment away...unreliable for actually showing up to work. Contractor required them to fix poor metal work. The first piece of siding fell off before the interior was even finished. The second pieces came off several weeks later. The third piece is hanging now. No pride in work. Two stars is generous.
