Turkstra Lumber - Smithville
During week 6 and 7 of COVID-19 times, all the other big box hardware stores couldn't put simple small orders hardware or a few pieces of lumber together in less than 5 days. Turkstra on the otherhand, have been able to fulfill orders within 24 hours if not same day. Great customer service and competitive pricing.

This business came highly recommended. I needed trusses for my shop build and they were the easiest to deal with. I ordered trusses and they were built and delivered on time. The only issue was the were build incorrectly...was not impressed.

I live in Dunnville and will never go to Dunnville turkstra again. The folks at Smithville are the most friendly and helpful you could meet from the people at the desk to the guys in the yard

Got some material from there to fix fence worker didn't load all the materials called them right away with the invoice number stating I did not receive the 4 x 4s the girl said no problem told her I would be in next weekend because I work though the week she said that was fine . Went there for my refund they said they can't reimburse my money !!!. Had my 14 year old nephew there that witness both weeks events that I had to buy extra posts because they didn't do there job or give me my money back never going to go there again . Mike Metcalfe

Turkstra has a great selection of construction supplies and friendly, knowledgeable staff. You can get in and out very quickly. They yard crew is helpful and fast as well.

Knowledge staff for all my renovation questions. Prices comparable to the big box stores, without the hassle of trying to find staff to talk to. Great selection of trim and baseboard. Have been dealing with Turkstra over 25 years. Many of the staff have been there even longer.
