Just finished my IRATA Level 1 with these guys and all I can say is this is the highest standard of education I’ve received from anything in my life. They are so knowledgeable and extremely attentive to keeping everyone safe, all while keeping it fun and enjoyable. The facility is super clean and the whole course just felt very professional. Joel the owner knows his s*** and does not let you slip in the tiniest bit. If I could do this all over again I would!

Great place for rope access training certification and recertification. Joel is a knowledgeable instructor and making sure people in the class ready for the assessment day. I highly recommend this place

Did my L3 recert here a little while back, and it was easily the best place I've done training in my rope access career yet. Joel is informed on all the material and more. He also made training super fun and engaging. I would recommend anybody to come here hands down. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to coming here again. - Jason

Joels place is pretty sweet. Self contained, clean and quiet makes it easy to learn and work on training.Training had great flow and we were never wasting time re rigging as the facility had more then enough gear to handle a full course.I have been sending my clients here for years and am never disapointed.

I did my IRATA level 1 at True Mettle and am beyond happy with the experience.Adam and Joel were both great instructors and super friendly people with a wealth of knowledge and corny humor.I left here feeling confident yet humbled in my abilities on rope aswell as with a list of contacts that would already prove to be useful in my career into rope access. In under a week i have secured a job am ready to go to work.Thanks again, I will be back.

Best training facility there is . Joel Hawkins and his team of trainers Kyle and Adam are just awesome. They have a wicked drive and passion for rope training that is contagious . Joel is 100% making sure everyone leaves his training facility with all the proper knowledge and training needed for rope access in field .

Fantastic trainers and great training center.I completed the IRATA level one with Joel and Kyle. The facility is very nicely spaced out, with windows and good air flow. The course is well laid out, with a good balance between paperwork and practical rope access. If any questions rose up at any point, both Joel and Kyle were attentive and made sure to explain it thoroughly.I ended up straining my elbow early in the week, and on the Thursday, I struggled heavily with completing tasks. Both Kyle and Joel noticed this, and offered me to come back and do the assessment the following week instead, as not to risk further injury.This created a very relaxed atmosphere, and I didn't feel like I had to push through the pain just to complete it, and probably saved me from pushing too hard and hurting myself. I came back the following Thursday for a refresher, and did the assessment that Friday.Thank you again Joel and Kyle!The course was a blast, and I feel confident moving into the industry with your instructions as my base.
