One of the most disgusting looking McDonald’s, and I’m from Ottawa and have been to the one on Rideau.Upon walking into the lower area, one may have thought it’d been forgotten about and not cleaned, but the rest of it looked as dingy and dirty as the lower eating area.Not to mention two family members being sick hours later.

There were too many people working in that kitchen and no one knew what they were doing. It took forever to get our order. Once we did finally get our order it was full of mistakes. In addition, they were missing many items on their menu.

Fast food?What a joke, if you make an online comand is minimum 40 minutes wait, the eating area is closed, then if you don't have a car forget it.Two drive through but just one works or at list just one is open.Also is a minimum wait of 45 minutes on the cars line.Then if you are hungry, go to other place is planty" on Saint Agathe"

Incredibly slow service. Sat in the drive through for 35 minutes before being served. Very disappointing. This food is not fast. No cookies. The restaurant was not open when it should have been (shown online). Exclamation Mark!!!

The lady was taking order is very rude with English speakers, she even didn't say hello back then after 2 mins from saying I don't speak French she keep talking in French.
