Jackman Wetlands
Not your regular park. More like 1/3 construction, 2/3 kinda park. Most of it is open, no trees. Most trails look more like a dirt road for vehicles then hiking trails. When getting to the park from the East parking lot, you walk by a junkyard (big, old, rusted equipment there). I'd give it 3.5 stars if it were possible.

Nice wide open space to walk the dogs, there is a small parking lot and a bathroom at the entrance to the park. Dogs are meant to be on leash but everyone I saw had theirs off-leash, but everyone seemed to be very respectful of keeping their distance from one another. Good spot for a quick walk, sounds from the frisbee golf can be a bit loud but that was generally only at the entrance. Signs posted on the gates stated that gates are locked at dusk

A nice spot for a relaxing walk. Not very large but there is also disc golf available for the more energetic.

Great new park, not enough shade along the trails. Some of us don't do too well in that much Sun and heat.

Nice park and wetlands for all sorts of activities. Local Retreiver Club leases land for dog training and events.

I went in the heavy snow. There was many trail paths. A major complaint would be the dog owners who don't clean up or clean it up then leave the bag on the ground.
