I am a relatively young person (39 years old), active, and am treating my scoliosis and neck problems with a Chiropractor. I’ve tried fitness classes in the past, but I always felt a lot of pain on my back so I stopped. After researching for a Personal Trainer I decided to try Natalie, and it has been the best experience I've ever had. I don't feel pain in my back and I feel stronger every day. I can see changes in my body in only 2 months, and I feel positive and happy. I recommend Natalie 100%, she does her job very well.

Natalie is an absolute pro! I’ve always struggled with finding the right form with weight training and Natalie always has the best way to explain things and adapt to my needs and abilities. She always pushes me to do my best and has greatly helped me with my confidence. She makes it a really fun and safe space, I would highly recommend her to anyone at any phase of their fitness journey ❤️

I first went to Natalie to learn the basics of weight training, and stayed as it was fun and challenging! Natalie is very knowledgeable and professional. After training with her I feel comfortable and confident at the gym, and am lifting weights I never thought I could. She also tailored my workouts when I suffered an injury playing sports, and helped support my recovery. Highly recommend for any fitness level!
