They need to change the name to telemedNP because a doctor will not talk with you, but if you pay $50, a Nurse Practitioner will.I have booked 4 virtual appointments and they cancelled all of them. #dougford needs to step up

Very quick and efficient. Nice staff convince with a pharamcy right beside. I just wish they would deal with more then one issue at a time

The nurse Lesley is amazingly caring and excellent at her job. So is the other staff, Brooke. She was very pleasant at reception. The clinic looks even cleaner then it did months ago!

Tried to book an appointment twice the first one was canceled and the second one have not heard anything.l only need to fill my prescription worst service ever or and good luck at them answering the phone or returning your call.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everything is wrong with this place. They have, on multiple occasions, done nothing to help when I've come to see them. They don't answer the phone, or return voice-mails. On top of that the voice-mail is full, showing just how little they actually do there. Also they have canceled appointments same day yet expect you to give them notice. Horrible place. 0/10. Would NOT recommend.

Booked online for appointment, no appointments available for my requested time. Spoke with reception and booked another appointment. Showed up for said appointment and there was no one there to see me. Booked 2nd appointment with reception, confirmed with reception date and time. Called to reschedule due to work, again, nothing on the books for me today. And I thought my RNP office was bad ..

Tried to book an online appointment this morning for a prescription renewal and had no luck! Nice of you to cut back on services; thank you Doug Ford!The clinic here used to be excellent and very accommodating; lately it’s become more and more difficult to get an appointment for anything and yet we are told to stay out of emergency! This needs to change!

Terrible clinic. Disorganised and unprofessional. Made an appt over the phone specifically to see a nurse. And when we show up, no appt was booked and they can't see us. Terrible clinic , definitely recommend going somewhere else.
