Eternal Springtime Dermatology

I would give 5 stars, but for a very not busy office, it took a long time for my visit with the doctor - it took a little over 2 hours before I saw the doctor and about 15 minutes later I had fun trying to get out all the security doors. She was very friendly and helpful. My appointment would have been done and over with at PA Clinic within 20 to 25 minutes. The dermatologist at PA clinic comes from GTA and can't always get a flight. I want a dermatologist who lives here, so I'm trying them out. She was thorough and did I say kind and friendly(?).I found it a little hard to find the office and omgosh, lol, try to get out of the building at 300 Lillie st North. Nice facility for the seniors, it seems. Some were visiting with friends and family, and some were out suntanning, while quite a few were enjoying a beverage with a doughnut or cookie from the Robin's in there.

Can’t ever leave messages and they never call you when you do. Service is great. Just hate the phone when living 3 hours away!

I left a message weeks ago with no return call. Same thing happened last time, had to keep calling every day and leave messages. I wouldn’t be still calling you if there were other options in Thunder Bay but you obviously know that. By the way if you didn’t misdiagnose my condition three times so far I wouldn’t still be “burdening” you with a request for a fourth appointment.

I saw Dr. Jaffar who was absolutely lovely. She was kind, explained things well, asked questions to clarify, and was very reassuring. She is referring me to a plastic surgeon due to the location and size of what needs to be removed which I appreciate her willingness to refer elsewhere as needed. I would definitely see her again for any other dermatological issues.
