Not so great service from the guy at the desk. Rather terse and unhelpful in guiding us through quite a complex shipment. It all went through in the end but this guy needs a bit more customer training (and put your phone down when dealing with customers). The lovely lady who came in halfway through was so much more helpful.

Unbelievable how frustrated I am. This place is a joke. It has happened twice that a UPS driver did not even ring my bell or call my cell, they just left a note saying “sorry we missed you, your package will be ready tomorrow after 1pm at this access point”. That is was a week ago. I keep going back and they say “the driver must have taken it back to the delta sorting warehouse” if that is the case, why leave a tag on my door saying I can pick it up at the access point?!

I visited here for overseas delivery of important documents. The staff was kind and the price was reasonable and I confirmed that my documents arrived safely.In fact, I went to another shipping company nearby before I came here, but there, the staff swindled me by offering more than twice the price. So I came here after looking for another shipping company.

Fantastic service from Jaz (I think that was her name). WOW. She was SO efficient, helpful, amazing. Clearly a superstar performer. UPS is lucky to have her. I will definitely skip the post office from now on and come here.

UPS has consistently failed to meet out expectations in their delivery department. We have complained multiple times with photo and video proof, yet they continue to do nothing about their delivery serviceThe driver responsible for our area drives up and rings the bell to our gate/ we open the gate, and we watch through our intercom as he gets back in his truck, watches the gate open, and drives off anyways.

Just dropped off my new balance shoes for return. They had it bagged and labelled and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Easier than doing a return at a store. Great service!

I mailed extremely important documents with this store two months ago. I was very nervous about sending these documents via mail, which is why I decided to use UPS rather than Canada Post. I was reassured that it would reach its destination in 2 business days.Well, they promptly lost it - according to the tracking information it was lost before it even left BC. In trying to track down the package, I have spent hours on the phone with various people from UPS - getting shuffled from head office back to the store and back to head office, then to the claims department, then back to customer service and to several different call centres. Nobody took responsibility for the lost package. I was able to get them to open an investigation, but then didn't hear anything for a month. When I was finally able to get hold of someone again I was told the investigation had been closed, and Had they not informed you? Oh

Was going to let this one slide....but... the woman is something else. She appears to not know how to discern situations"... she refused 3 IDs including a passport (despite phoning in the day before) as I'd recently moved and not updated my license address . After all the fuss and managing to convincing her that it was indeed "me" on the 3 id's - she did not even bother to take my signature for the package ! So much for adhering to protocol."
