Chauffage Mongeon

Purchased my Lennox Ductless thermopump system in 2018 and the interior unit fan motor became very noisy recently, annoying to be in the room when it was operating. It had a worn out bushing/bearing.Called Costco who referred me to this contractor who performs warranty services on their behalf and for Lennox products purchased at Costco.From my first contact with Mongeon, I can quickly determine I was dealing with a serious and well organized company.I was served by Ms Sarah R. and not only she was very professional, polite, she was very familiar with the Lennox product and knew her work.Upon their verification on their inventory systems, the part I needed for them to replace was on back order in USA, she would keep me appraised of the delivery.The part took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive from USA [I'm not surprised with this supply chain issues we're living with] but during that time she texted me from time to time as to their tracking of the part.Their technician came, changed the part but was found to be defective.The technician contacted the service desk [Sarah!], within an hour went to the shop, obtained a new piece, came back and replaced the part.The technician cleaned up the work area after the work was done.I'm very content they were keeping the client up to date on the part delivery and respected their appointment time to do the work.Highly recommend to work with this contractor.

Vraiment déçu choisi cette compagnie, Mauvaise gestion, et les attitudes méchantes après la vente. Je vous ai payé 9000 milles dollars pour une machine qui fait le bruit énormément sans avertissement consternant le gèle qui peut faire un bruit comme ça. Après le vérifications, vous me facture une autre facture sans prévenir au téléphone.

Nous avons retenu les services de Chauffage Mongeon pour le remplacement de notre fournaise et notre thermopompe à la mi-janvier 2023. Nous avons eu droit à un excellent service, chose rare de nos jours. Nous les recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Was referred to CM by orignal Lennox contractor. They were very attentive with quick response/constant updates to the status of fixing our Lennox Mini Split. With them being professional throughout the entire process we knew we were in good hands.

Not professional at all. After paying a huge amount of money the system is still not fixed and it is more than 1 month that I ask to be contacted by the owner of the company. A part has been ordered and I need to know when it will be available. I have left messages (email, phone), talked to the secretary but nothing, no news. More than one month that I am waiting. The truth is that we feel completely abandoned.We have contacted another company, the guy was very kind. Next week we should solve our problems.Merci
