Trofeo Expert - Boutique en ligne seulement (aucun ramassage)

Got a broken trophy from Trofeo Expert, and when they sent a replacement, that too was broken. In the end, I assembled an intact trophy using parts from the two broken ones. Will not be shopping with them again.UPDATE: Trofeo Expert contends that the transportation caused the trophies to break, which I respectfully disagree with. Both trophies were wrapped extremely tight in plastic wrap which caused delicate appendages and thin walls to break under the pressure. Had the trophies been packed with more care and in a way that protected the delicate portions of the trophy, they would have more than likely arrived intact.

The customer service when ordering medallions was amazing. They respond quickly via email with proofing and approving your order and the work so far looks great. I hope the medallions are just as great when I receive them. Thanks Sebastian
