GUAC mexi grill

Went for the first time and we got six soft corn tacos with various meats, beans, rice, cheese, etc. They pack them three to a box and they fit nicely for the drive home. But they also drop the meat oils so taco number two and three tended to fall apart. But the presentation, quantities and tastes were really good. The hot salsa is really hot, I normally would have got but medium was what I went with and I'm glad I did.It's a franchise that seems to know how to set the business up and the staff were great. The gal that prepared our food was really helpful too. I'll go again and again.

Went there during lunch. I asked for chicken, but they did not have chicken. Then I wanted steak, but they ran out of steak. So I went with the ground beef burrito. The burrito itself was just okay. The service was also really slow.

Food was fine. The woman serving me seemed almost angry that I was there. She kept saying That's it?" after every topping. A minor thing but I ended up missing the sauces after I said no more veggies and she closed up the burrito without asking about sauces (I'm not marking down the food for that but it was a little dry). I've ordered hundreds of burritos from other restaurants and never experienced something so awkward. It will be better when they get online ordering working."

So we found this place and tried it recently. We had just had Chipotle in Toronto a few days before (which was Amazing).We were hoping the tacos would be close to Chipotle, and they were definitely really good. We got a few of the Taco Trios and tried multiple meat options. The meat was great, especially the chicken. The shells tasted good, and were crunchy - as if they were baked for a few minutes rather than hard shells that taste stale, or less crunchy usually coming right out of the package.BUT.... during our first visit there was 2 people working (that were visible from front) a female and male, and the lady (didnt get her name) seemed absolutely miserable. Didnt smile once. It looked as though she didnt want to be there. We're all human, and we know everyone has bad days. So we ate our great TacosSo we tried it again a couple days ago. The same lady was working, but with a different male employee. This time the male employee was very friendly (was a small guy) and chatted with me while he made our Tacos. The lady working (same lady as our first visit) was serving the person ahead of me, then went to the person behind. Again, she seemed absolutely miserable. I dont know if anyone else has pointed this out, as i havent read any other reviews. But hopefully she sees this and maybe smiles once in a while - as even that can go a long way.I would have rated 1-star, due to the ladys customer service, but the food was really good, and the male employee from our second visit (this past Sunday just after lunch time) was great!So i'm dropping a 4-star, in hopes that next time we visit, the lady might be friendlier. If things improve, i will definitely come back and bump it up to 4 stars!Great food, guys!

Absolutely love the food.Servers are very slow but meticulous when preparing your meal.Only 1 out of 3 staff members smiled back at me and other clients when served and was not due to being super busy.

First time trying and I have to say great food!! I had steak and chicken tacos that were delicious! The chips and Salsa were super yummy! I got a Barbacoa* Burrito that was good (would probably order a different protein filling as I didn't care for the sauce on the meat) but good just the same with fresh toppings. The staff were very friendly and patient, service was a bit slow for Saturday at supper time but that was partially to blame to the customers in front of me having issues with their children and ordering. Overall I would suggest giving it a try if you haven't. Will definitely be going back !

Decent places, regular price, and good topping quantity and quality. Cleanliness and seating could have been better. We preferred to do a take out because of the same. But food was good.

This is yet another food establishment in need of adult supervision and quality control.The food is good but in short supply.Guac, used to wrap my burrito tight and contained in a thermal wrap to keep it hot and contained.On July 5, 2023, my burrito was in paper and a small paper bag. The burrito was not wrapped tight enough and resulted in a gooey mess as a result of the wrong wrapper and the loose way it was wrapped.I believe a manager is required to keep an eye on quality control.I enjoy your burritos so please don't screw this up, make the corrections and get those standards back up where they used to be.

Went in to pick up lunch for later. Went in at 10:57, door open. Lady tells me they are closed and open at 11:00. Walked me out and locked the door. I’m sure there’s better places for me to spend my money where the service is better. Really!? 3 minutes and you couldn’t serve me.

Average food, nothing special. But not bad either.
